Reema Hollow Panel

There are many PRC homes that we have rebuilt successfully and each design of home is repaired under different approved schemes.

Reema hollow panel homes can be repaired using a PRC home license scheme it involves replacing the concrete exterior walls with a cavity, block and brick traditional wall. Also internally the concrete beams need to be replaced with steel joists (RSJ). You cannot live in these properties whilst repairs are being carried out.

There is also a cheaper and quicker way to repair a Reema home; this is a Wrap scheme repair. However, most high-street lenders will not offer mortgages for this type of repair and it is advisable that you speak to an experienced mortgage broker first. Once all works are complete a PRC certificate is issued by the engineer also a sign off certificate from the local authority along with a fensa certificate for any NEW windows or doors installed.

The above houses once repaired will be fit to sell or buy using high street mortgage lenders with the exception of houses repaired using the wrap around scheme.

We can supply a list of the mortgage lenders that we know will approve mortgages on these houses. If you would like any information or details pleases contact us on:
